About Abbitt Realty's New Homes Division

Abbitt Realty is your expert when it comes to new construction. Currently Abbitt's New Homes Division has 18 real estate agents and represents over 15 builder and communities.  All real estate agents are thoroughly trained in the selling of new construction and hold, as a minimum, the CSP (Certified Site Professional) designation by National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Karen Pennington anchors the New Homes Division as the New Homes Director.  Karen has been involved in new homes sales and construction for over 25 years.
