Fred Mills is a native of South Carolina. After graduating high school, he attended The Apprentice School in Newport News, Virginia. He graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Fred has worked many years in the construction business for over 20 years with valued experience in Project Management and construction. His vast knowledge of the construction business has help to garnish an interest in real estate.
