Michael M. Gleason

Licensed in 1995, I spent the first part of my career primarily in new construction. After about 3 years of building a strong sphere of influence, I began to expand my expertise to include existing homes and to date have well over 400 happy homeowner families whom I now call "Friends"!
Price ranges have been from $50,000 to over 1.1 million. My clients all know that I will work diligently for them at any price point, always returning calls promptly and advising them through every step of the process.
In April of 2017 I accepted the position of Managing Broker at Abbitt Realty's new office in Williamsburg at 1312 Jamestown Road. We are building a dedicated team as I write this, and providing them with the tools and education that is required to best represent our clients.
My focus is training all of my agents to operate with our clients' best interests at heart, first and foremost.
Most of my civic involvement and community service is accomplished through my affiliation with Abbitt Realty, and also membership in the Rotary Club of Warwick at City Center. Through that medium I am able to donate my time and money to organizations such as The Food Bank, YMCA, Virginia Living Museum, Habitat for Humanity and others that have allowed me to volunteer for such activities as The Children's Fishing Clinic, Coats for Kids, Mayors Book Club, and Salvation Army Fundraising to name a few. I attend Liberty Baptist Church in Hampton, Virginia. In 2016 I went on a Mission Trip with Bethel Baptist Church to help rebuild an old hotel that now houses students who attend the Northeastern Baptist College in Bennington Vermont. This was an amazing and humbling experience. I plan to do more mission work in the near future, and continue my volunteer work with the Rotary Club. I love my fellow Rotarians, as I do my Abbitt Family!
